Who Wore What at the 81st Oscar Annual Ceremony Award:
2009 Oscar Fashion, 2009 Oscar Glamour, 2009 Hot Oscar Gowns

On Oscar night, we found out who are all the Oscar recipients. We now know that "Slumbdog Millionaire received best-motion picture, cinematography, sound mixing, original score, original song with Danny Boyle as the best director. We also know that Kate Winslet received best actress for the "Reader." Sean Penn is the best actor for "Milk." Health Ledger posthumously received best supporting actor in "The Dark Knight." Penelope Cruz is the best supporting actress for "Vicky Cristina Barcelona." But many people decided to watch the show for other reasons. Red Carpet fashion is the big reason many women take over the remote control of the family's HDTV at this time of the year. And the men, husbands as well as boyfriends, were forced to watch and appreciate good designs.

Finding out who was wearing what at the 2009 Oscar award ceremony was also important. Oscar enthusiasts went to the Red Carpet at the Kodak Theatres to get a glimpse of beautiful and rich stars parading in their elegant gowns and dresses. Some of the stars that caught many fashionistas' attention are the following ones:

Beyonce Knowles, Jay-Z's wife, was wearing a body-hugging back gown jazzed up with gold floral embroidery. She looked fabulous as usual. Fashion star Sarah Jessica parker was donned in a light green strapless gown by Dior Couture with gold waves decorating the bodice. At the watercooler, many female fans were talking about her fashion sense. As for Queen Latifah, she was in a black one-shoulder gown that has many crystals. Viola Davis was wearing a Reem Acra gown with a plunging V-neck. Natalie Portman had on an orchid strapless gown by Rodarte.

Heidi Klum looked regal in her red, high-slit gown designed by Roland Mouret and in the arms of British musician Seal. Besides Beyonce and Angelina Jolie, Taraji P. Henson had many onlookers take a second look at her gown and 19-century diamond flower necklace by Fred Leighton. She looked great in her cream-colored strapless dress. Way to go, Taraji!

Working the Red Carpet at the Kodak Theatre in the hands of her husband, Brad Pitt in a bow tie, Angelina Jolie looked very jolie in her black sweetheart-neck strapless gown by Elie Saab. The supercouple looked the part. Vanessa Hudgens wore a black Marchesa gown with black and white tulle flowers on the bodice while her man, Zac Efron was wearing Dolce&Cabana. Kate Winslet wore a satin and black tulle dress by Atelier Yves Saint Laurent by Stefano Pilati.

Penelope Cruz was wearing a white 1950s Balmain gown with a strapless neckline and hand-embroidery with gold treads. Miley Cyrus had on a Zuhair Murad dress. Meryl Streep wore a light gray empire-waisted gown. Jessica Biel donned a sleek Prada strapless column gown in shiny white satin. And Anne Hathaway glowed in a strapless champagne-colored Armani Prive gown covered with crystals. And the last but not the least, Slumdog Millionaire actress, Freida Pinto from Mumbai, wore a beaded blue John Galliano gown with one bejeweled lace sleeve.
